A night market in Taiwan (yèshì) is an open-air street market that operates between sunset and sunrise, typically buzzing from 5 PM to midnight or later, offering a blend of food, entertainment, and shopping.

SHILIN NIGHT MARKET

Often considered to be the largest and most famous night market in Taiwan.

Taipei

The food court holds 539 stalls, and the second floor serves as a parking lot for 400 cars.

FENG CHIA NIGHT MARKET

Located next to Feng Chia University

Taichung

Contains around 200 pop-up stalls that open every night plus many permanent clothes, tech and amusement arcades lining the street.
